Terms of Service

1. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

2. Subscription Plans, Billing & Free Trials

Plan changes (upgrades, downgrades, or moving to a Custom plan) take effect immediately and are prorated for the current billing cycle where applicable.

• Free plan: $0/month, includes 1 project and 300 crawl credits with no payment method required
• Starter plan: $29/month with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If not cancelled before the trial ends, your card will be charged automatically and the subscription will continue monthly until cancelled
• Custom plans: priced based on the number of projects and crawl credits selected, billed monthly or as agreed; trials are not provided by default
• Lifetime (LTD) plan: a one-time payment that grants the features described on the Pricing page for the lifetime of the product, subject to fair use

3. Crawl Credits & Fair Use

1 crawled URL (page, image, PDF, or other resource fetched during a crawl, or a single SEO Master audit) consumes 1 crawl credit. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle on Free, Starter, and Custom plans, and do not roll over. Lifetime plans include unlimited crawl credits subject to reasonable, non-abusive use consistent with normal SEO auditing activity.

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend crawls that we reasonably believe are abusive, are directed at infrastructure that has requested not to be crawled, or are being used to circumvent these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Crawl websites you do not own or do not have permission to crawl, where doing so would violate that website's terms of service or applicable law
• Attempt to bypass authentication, paywalls, or access controls on third-party websites
• Use the Service to send spam, scrape personal data for unsolicited marketing, or violate the rights of others
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service's infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service except where explicitly permitted (e.g., white-label PDF reports on the Lifetime plan)

5. API Access

API access is available according to your plan: it is not available on the Free plan; on the Starter plan it activates only after your first paid subscription payment is processed (not during the 14-day trial); Custom plans include API access; Lifetime plans may add API access as a separate purchase.

You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. API requests consume crawl credits in the same way as dashboard crawls. We may apply reasonable rate limits to ensure platform stability.

6. Intellectual Property

Jumpple Crawler retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the URLs, target keywords, and configuration data you submit, and of the reports generated from your own crawls.

7. Reports, Exports & White-Label Use

CSV, Excel, and PDF exports generated from your crawls and SEO Master audits may be shared with your clients or stakeholders. Lifetime plan subscribers may apply their own branding to PDF reports ("white-label") in place of Jumpple Crawler branding.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service, including crawl results, scores, and AI-generated suggestions, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SEO Master scores and fix suggestions are informational and do not guarantee search ranking outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jumpple Crawler is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jumpple Crawler is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions can be sent to legal@jumpple.com.
