Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Jumpple Crawler ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, dashboard, and API (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and information from third-party integrations you choose to connect.
- Account information: name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a salted hash)
- Billing information: plan, billing address and payment method details, processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers
- Project & crawl data: URLs you submit for crawling, crawl settings, target keywords, and the resulting reports, scores and SEO Master audit results
- Usage data: pages visited in the dashboard, features used, crawl credit consumption, and API request logs
- Device & log data: IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and troubleshooting
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the crawling, SEO Master audit, reporting, and API services
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, free trials, and crawl credit balances
- Generate visual reports and PDF exports for your projects
- Send service notifications, billing receipts, and (where opted in) product updates
- Monitor for fraud, abuse of crawl credits, and violations of our Terms of Service
- Improve the reliability and performance of the crawler and dashboard
3. Data From Crawled Websites
When you submit a URL to be crawled, our crawler accesses publicly available pages of that website in order to generate reports and SEO Master audit results. This may include page content, metadata, links, structured data, images, and response headers.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to crawl any website you submit, including compliance with that website's robots.txt directives, terms of service, and applicable law. We are not responsible for how crawl results are used once exported from the Service.
4. Third-Party Integrations
If you connect optional third-party integrations, data is exchanged only for the purpose of that integration and only for projects where you have enabled it:
- Google Analytics (Universal Analytics & GA4) and Google Search Console — to merge traffic and search performance data with crawl results
- Google PageSpeed Insights — to retrieve Core Web Vitals and performance scores
- Majestic, Ahrefs, and Moz — to retrieve backlink and authority metrics
- OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, and Ollama — to generate AI-assisted audit summaries and fix suggestions; Ollama integrations run against models you host yourself
5. Data Retention
Account and billing information is retained for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal and tax obligations. Crawl history, saved crawls, and reports are retained according to your plan's history limits and can be deleted at any time from your dashboard.
If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data and crawl history within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights & Choices
- Access, export, or delete your project and crawl data from the dashboard at any time
- Update or correct your account information in Settings
- Disconnect any third-party integration at any time
- Request a copy of, or deletion of, your personal data by contacting us
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
