Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are issued for Jumpple Crawler subscriptions and the Lifetime (LTD) plan.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan does not require payment, so no refunds apply.

2. Starter Plan & 14-Day Trial

The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial from Billing settings to avoid being charged.

If you are charged after the trial ends and have used less than 10% of your monthly crawl credits, you may request a full refund of that charge within 7 days of being billed. Requests outside this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Custom Plans

Refunds for Custom plans are handled according to the terms agreed at the time of purchase. In general, unused portions of a prepaid period may be refunded on a prorated basis if requested within 7 days of payment and before significant crawl credit usage.

4. Lifetime (LTD) Plan

The Lifetime plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To qualify, your account must not have exceeded reasonable evaluation usage (as a guideline, fewer than 5,000 crawl credits used and no white-label PDF exports sent to third parties). Refund requests outside the 30-day window, or accounts exceeding evaluation usage, are not eligible for a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@jumpple.com from the address associated with your account, including your account email and the reason for the request. Refund requests can also be submitted from Billing settings via a support ticket.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — this allows us to resolve the issue more quickly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending investigation.
